Oscillating floor fan, collects too much dust...any options? - pedestal floor fans

We have a ceiling fan in the room and a floor pedestal oscillating fan. (I include a link if I have no words ... not just this model, but you get the idea)

I feel that I am yet to dismantle and clean the floor. It is so dusty. The problem is that there are one or two screws fussy on the screen every time that I face.

It's a real pain in the **** in all honesty.

We also intend to continue to use another fan of that, but we're happy to buy one again if there are any suggestions?
