You need the shoulder of pork, bacon, Coca-Cola and orange juice.

Seriously. That is all. Nothing more.

Melt butter, in the big pot. Salt and pepper the pork shoulder. Simmer for an hour in the lard.
Then add to the Olympics and like Coca-Cola. Approximately one cup each 12qt pot with 2 pounds of pork.

Simmer for a few hours.

Skip the meat. Save the liquid in the refrigerator for another round of ham.
